The PUP Journal of Science and Technology (PUPJST) is committed to promoting open
access and the free dissemination of scientific knowledge. To support accessibility and
inclusivity, PUPJST does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees,
or publication fees.

Authors can submit, publish, and access articles free of charge, ensuring that research remains
openly available to the global scientific community without financial barriers.
