About the Journal
The Mabini Review Journal is an international, biannual publication of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Development, under the supervision of the Research Publications Office of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. The journal aims to promote scholarly exchange and encourage intellectual discourse within the academic community. It invites contributions from both local and international scholars, representing a range of philosophical perspectives. Emphasis is placed on clarity, coherence, and logical rigor in argumentation and exposition. The journal particularly welcomes works that critically engage with current issues, classical philosophical traditions, and emerging intellectual movements. Submitted manuscripts should be well-reasoned, thoroughly researched, and offer significant contributions to ongoing philosophical discussions.
The goals of the publication are as follows: (1) maintain confidentiality in managing submitted manuscripts; (2) observe timely publication of the journal; (3) pursue unbiased double blind review system; and (4) ensure that editorial decisions are based on originality, relevance, and quality of a manuscript and its contribution to the body of knowledge in the disciplines that the journal seeks to cultivate.
