Pahayag Hinggil sa Open Access / Open Access Statement

Ang Entrada ay isang open-access na dyornal at isa sa mga 'university journals' ng Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), sa ilalim ng Research Publications Office, Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Development. Ito ay naglalathala isang beses sa isang taon (annual) ng mga malikhaing akda at pananaliksik pampanitikan na sumailalim sa proseso ng mabusisi at kumpidensyal na peer review system.

Bukas ang Entrada sa iba’t ibang paksain at larangan; gayunpaman, pinahahalagahan nito ang mga akdang may matalas na kamalayang panlipunan, kasabay ng masining, makabuluhan, at mapangahas na pamamaraan ng pag-aakda. Itinataguyod ng dyornal ang panitikan hindi lamang bilang estetiko at malikhaing gawain, kundi bilang isang anyo ng kritikal na pakikilahok sa mga kontemporaneong usapin—kabilang ang, ngunit hindi limitado sa, mga diskurso ng kapangyarihan, identidad, uri, kasarian, kolonyalidad, kasaysayan, wika, paggawa, at globalisasyon.

Entrada is an open-access journal and one of the university journals of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), under the Research Publications Office, Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Development. It publishes annually creative works and literary research that have undergone a rigorous and confidential peer review process.

The journal is open to a wide range of themes and fields; however, it gives particular value to works that demonstrate a sharp social consciousness, alongside artistic, meaningful, and bold modes of writing. The journal promotes literature not only as an aesthetic and creative practice but also as a form of critical engagement with contemporary issues—including, but not limited to, discourses on power, identity, class, gender, coloniality, history, language, labor, and globalization.
