Archiving

Polytechnic University of the Philippines has established its own Online Journal System that serves as an archive of all its University Journals. Also, this journal is included in Philippine E-Journals, an online collection of academic publications of different higher education institutions and professional organizations in the Philippines, to digitally preserve content. This means in the event that a journal stops publishing or goes offline, there will be a way to have continued long-term access to articles and issues. 

Authors are also allow to deposit all versions of their manuscript in an institutional or other repository of their choice without embargo.
