The PUP Research Journals are highly focused on the major specializations of the University. These research journals are peer-reviewed and provide research engagement to both local and international scientific communities. The publication of these research journals provides a substantial collection and contribution to their fields: Philosophy, Social Sciences, Education, Labor, Creative Works, and Science and Technology. The publication of these research journals is open-access to ensure that knowledge is disseminated free of cost and other barriers.

Mabini Review
The Mabini Review Journal is published biannually by the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension and Development under the supervision of Research Publications Office, Polytechnic University of the Philippines. The journal seeks to advance scholarly engagement and foster intellectual dialogue among academics. It welcomes submissions from both local and international authors who present diverse philosophical perspectives, emphasizing clarity, coherence, and logical reasoning in the development of ideas. Contributions that critically engage with contemporary issues, classical traditions, and emerging philosophical trends are particularly encouraged. Submissions should be well-argued, thoroughly researched, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing philosophical debates.
The goals of the publication are as follows: (1) maintain confidentiality in managing submitted manuscripts; (2) observe timely publication of the journal; (3) pursue unbiased double blind review system; and (4) ensure that editorial decisions are based on originality, relevance, and quality of a manuscript and its contribution to the body of knowledge in the disciplines that the journal seeks to cultivate.

Social Sciences and Development Review
The Social Sciences and Development Review Journal (SSDR) is an open-access, and one of the University Journals of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), Research Publications Office, Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Development, publishing annually peer-reviewed articles on the social sciences and development, preferably those with focus on the Asia-Pacific context. It promotes critical, multidisciplinary, and constructive discourses in the social sciences and their allied disciplines. Articles that aim to synthesize normative disciplines such as religious studies, theology, or philosophy with the social sciences are also accepted.
Social Sciences and Development Review Journal aims to publish articles from a wide variety of methodological and disciplinary perspectives to serve the interests of a wide range of thoughtful readers, students, and academic scholars of the social sciences and development such as sociologists, anthropologists, historians, economists, psychologists, political scientists, as well as social development and cooperative scholars. It also aims to publish special issues on important and urgent social concerns that affect the local and global society.

PUP Journal of Science and Technology (PUPJST) is an open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal published by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines; providing publication of articles in all areas of science, engineering, and technology.
The journal welcomes submissions from all researchers, regardless of their geographic location or institutional affiliation.
PUPJST publishes original scientific papers and application-focused articles, reviews, short communications, and narrative reports from recently accomplished research in all fields of science, engineering, and technology.

Entrada
Ang Entrada ay ang natatanging pampanitikang dyornal ng Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas na inilalathala isang beses sa isang taon. Bukas ang Entrada sa anumang mga paksain at usapin. Nilalayon at tinatanganan ng Entrada ang pagpapasulpot ng mga akda at pananaliksik na may matalas na kamalayang panlipunan kasabay ng makabuluhan at masining na pamamaraan ng pag-aakda. Dumadaaan ang mga akdang isinumite sa masusing proseso ng double-blind peer review gayundin sa pagtatasa ng lupon ng mga editor nito na kinabibilangan ng mga respetadong iskolar at manunulat sa loob at labas ng bansa.

BISIG
Ang BISIG ay bilingual na refereed journal na nagtatampok ng mga artikulo o papel pananaliksik hinggil sa kalagayan ng paggawa, anakpawis at kanilang mga pagawaan at komunidad. Ito ay taunang inilalabas ng PUP at pangunahing nagtatampok ng mga pag-aaral sa mga isyu at usaping iniluluwal ng relasyong pang-industriya at panlipunan. Karaniwang nakatuon ang mga paksa sa mga usapin tulad ng unyon at unyonismo, neoliberal na globalisasyon, kilusang manggagawa, kalagayan ng mga anakpawis at iba’t ibang saray nito, kalagayan ng mga industriya, at iba pang katulad. Maaaring ang paksa ay tumatawid o naghuhugpong sa mga disiplina tulad ng kasaysayan, sosyolohiya, politika, ekonomiya, sikolohiya, pagpapaunlad sa pamayanan at lipunan, wika, sining, kultura, kasarian, kababaihan, diaspora, agham, teknolohiya at iba pa tungo sa paglapit na multi/interdisiplinaryo. Tumatanggap din ng mga kontribusyon sa anyo ng rebyu ng aklat, komentaryo, transkrip ng talakayan, at mga akdang pampanitikan, basta nakatuon ito sa mga nabanggit na paksa.

Education Review
The Education Review (EdRev) is one of the flagship journals of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. It is an open-access and a peer-refereed journal that provides researchers with a platform for research engagement in the local and international community. The annual publication of EdRev presents a substantial collection of emerging trends and issues in education for a better understanding of the educational landscape and the people working in it. EdRev does not charge article processing fees (APCs) to allow a wide range of knowledge sharing across the globe.
